Puffed Rice / Pori / Murmura is a pocket friendly easily available, ready to eat cereal.
There are so many easy snack receipes of puffed rice like Bhel puri, Masala Pori, etc.,
Here I am giving my version of Chilli Garlic Pori / Puffed rice / Murmura. Combination of garlic, chilli, puffed rice, fried gram, cumin seed and coconut oil is something different, healthy and also tasty.

Chilli Garlic Pori
INGREDIENTS
Puffed rice (Pori) - 4 cups |
Fried Gram - 1/4 cup |
Cumin seed - 1 tsp |
Garlic - 4 pod |
Green Chilli - 1 |
Salt - 1/4 tsp |
Coconut oil 5 to 6 tsp |
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Take Garlic pod in a morter
2. Add green chilli
3. Add Cumin seed
4. Add salt
5. Pound it coarsely
6. Take 4 cup Pori (Puffed Rice) in a bowl
7. Add fried grams to it
8. Add the prepared masala
9. Add coconut oil.
10. Mix all together well.
11 Slightly rub and mix using hand.
12. Ready to serve! Serve it along with hot coffee or tea.
