Health Benefits
Coconut milk and all other spices have lots of medicinal value.
Combination of dhal and coconut milk will be a wholesome diet.
Coconut milk contains good concentration of lauric acid, which is a medium chain fatty acid (MCFA), and a compound with anti-viral and anti-bacterial property.
Lauric acid is also found in mother's milk and is known to promote brain development, bone health and immunity. It is the only thing on this planet that comes identically to mother's milk.
It is highly reccommended for patients who are lactose intolerant.
